The Creator
I was always the baker in the family. Every holiday, birthday, bbq, or other event, everyone expected ME to bring the desserts! I would always get compliments and jokes about how I should start selling them. One day, when I had a lot of down time, I just said "do it". Without even fully thinking it through, I posted pictures and prices on my social media pages and next thing I know: I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS!

The Brand
My mom decided to name all of her children with the same beginning letter: "K". The name "5k Bakery" stands for each of us: Khiana, Khiara, Kharina, Khory, and Khayla. Imagine the confusion growing up! They all pitch in to help with orders as they can!
